Srinagar, December 27 (KNO) : Continuing its drive against drug abuse and eradication of drug menace, Police station Sadder during naka checking at Hyderpora, intercepted a suspicious vehicle for
frisking/checking but driver did not obey the signal and tried to fled away from the spot. The vehicle was chased and halted.
On checking 40 bottles of codeine and 7200 capsules of Spasmo Proxyvon Plus were recovered from one Nasir Ashraf shah son of Mohd Ashraf Shah resident of Solina Payeen and Muddasir Ahmad Najar son of Ghulam Mohd Najar resident of Baghi Mehtab.
In this regard, case FIR 246/2017 under section 8/21 NDPS Act was registered and investigation was taken up.(KNO)
